Ford Ranger Engine Problem
Engine lite comes on auot scanner reads cylinder 4 misfire and multple misfire dectected at 1000 revs somtimes engine will blink while engine is idiling and ther will be noengine power plugs and wires have been changed this truck has a coil pack

When the light flashes, there is a misfire happening at that time. As far as the cylinder 4 misfire, have you checked engine compression in that cylinder? Have you checked the injector?
