Approximately what would be the cost to replace faulty electronic throttle body asy. reprogram powertrain control module 2005 Ford Freestyle SEL V6 3.OL

If you get a used throttle body you could get one for around $120.
I'm not sure about reprogramming the PCM. I would say probably around $100.
