Rough idol
My 2005 ford focus idols really rough if i am stopped for a short period of time. I have changed my spark plugs, flushed my lines, did an emmissions flush, got my oil changed every 3000 miles and cleaned my O2 sensor. I dont know what else it could be.

sounds like a vacuum leak. stop throwing all the odd stuff at it and look at the basics.
the pcv line is common for leaking down at the throttle body.
i would start there before going off on a tangent.

i have no leaks. My dad and i checked that. could it be the internal computer?
