2005 Ford Fiesta Repair Question

Ford fiesta (2005) 1.6
Since I got the 100 000km service (with the replacement of the cambelt) my engine has a major loss of power and a pinging from about 4500rpm. The dealer said its the fuel im using but im using the 95 octane. I have taken the car back to the dealer about 10 times and every time they tell me they had it on the computer and did not see any faults.
What can I do about this?

Have them verify the valve and ignition timing and also check the knock sensor
