What were the codes retrieved? Are the codes still there?

The codes should be interlinked and now that the coils were replaced they have been rectified. The hesitation and rough idling could be due to low idling speed.

Try cleaning the throttle body and IAC and retest.
Are the spark plugs of the recommended specifications?
