Battery problem
I have a 2006 ford expedition xlt 5.6 L v8 and recently when i get in the car to start it the battery gauge reads my battery is dead and when i try to start it it wont turn over , if i leave the ignition on for about 7 min the battery gauge goes up to high then to the middle and then i can start my car why is it doing this ?

You probably have a bad connection at one of the cables or power supply leads.
