The gauges are not working not even the windshield wipers

The gauge and the wiper issue, likely are not related.
Let's take a look at the wipers.
First item you need to check is the wiper relay. It is located in the fuse box located under the hood (see diagram).
Check for any corrosion or burnt pin(s).
This relay can also be tested.

If the relay is good, then check to see if you are getting power to the motor. If there is power, then the motor is likely bad and will need replacement.

If there is no power, then it could be a faulty wiring of a bad wiper switch.
