Drum in disc remove and reinstall
How do I remove the rear rotors on a 2005 Chrysler Town and Country with Drum in disc parking brakes?

Remove the caliper needs removed first, then chances are you will need to adjust the parking brake (inside the rotor drum)down so the brake shoes will come out. There is a rubber plug behind the backing plate that you need to remove to see the adjuster.
