2005 Chrysler PT Cruiser Repair Question

I have a 2005 Chrysler PT Cruiser. While putting in a stereo the IOD 20amp fuse burnt out. A black retainer covers the fuse up. How do I remove it?

I tried nose pliers and still no results just want to replace the 20amp fuse that simple.

squeeze the two top pieces to gether and pull. hopefully it will come out otherwise you'll need a screwdriver or pliers to grab it and pull it out.
