Hearing a knocking and clicking and now grinding in left rear end any suggestions?

Constant clicking and knocking on left rear end

Inspect the suspension for something broken.
Check the axle bearing for play and noise while spinning.

Something is bad and should be noticable by jacking it up and looking around and spinning the wheel

Not sure why it says aspen I have a 300 touring 05.
And I dont think its suspension problems I believe its something with the axel or differential havent had a chance to jack it up yet but will do asap will see if the axel bearing is making noise and see if that gets me to the problem thanks asemaster

also if it is the axel bearings is it something that can for the most part be easialy repaired?

If the bearing is a 1 piece, it is not too bad to replace.

If it is pressed, it will be expensive due to removal of the hub assembly.
