2005 Chrysler 300 knocking noise

When I turn the car on it makes a nocking noise in the engine like if it wouldnt have engine oil its to luod and I dont want to drive it with the noise could it be the engine is no good nomore or is just the oilpump

Which engine do you have? Chrysler built a lot of really tough and reliable engines. The 2.7L is not one of them. You should have a mechanic listen to it before jumping to conclusions. A loose or broken vibration damper can make a horrendous knocking noise. That is not a serious repair but it's also not real common. Internal knocking in the engine is usually serious.
