2005 Chevrolet Van Repair Question

Battery has power. Turn key to start dome light goes dim.
Radio works, dome light bright. Turn key to start radio and dome light cuts off. Only CEL on(flickers).
Gauges flickering. Van can't start. Seems to go dead as soon as I turn key to first click

Either battery is weak or the terminals are not clean and tight.
