2005 Chevrolet Tahoe Repair Question

Temperature gauge fluctuates
Got a message saying "engine coolant hot"; the temp gauge fluctuates between red zone and 1/4 marker, but hasn't overheated; engine coolant low but no visible leakes according to GM dealership pressure test; GM dealership filled up coolant and everything has been running properly fotr the last 2 days

Keep an eye on the coolant level to make sure there are no leaks or coolant isn't being consumed. You may have just been low on coolant.
