I got code P0300, I installed new spark plugs w/boots and it still misfires.I took it to the dealership repair shop and they said it was the ignition coil. So I replaced that and the problem still occurs. Where can I look next?

Random misfire are usually caused by vacuum leaks and bad fuel.

I pulled the spark plugs out to check if they were the right gap, and found out that the side plugs were pitch black and the two in the middle were nice and clean. Does this lead me to think its the fuel injectors?
