Had to brake quickly to avoid a deer, then noticed a buzzing. Turned radio off to listen, then radio wouldn't turn back on. Started hearing loud thumping/cracking/popping through speakers. Powered car off, but sound persisted with car off. Guy @ advanced auto parts says it sounds like the radio shorting out, but noise persists with radio off. Suggestions?
