When i turn the key it has a small knock and it sound like it is whistleing almost it also has a small crack in the oil pan and it was outa oil for maybe a day or so why could it be doing that now
It was out of oil for a day or so and you drove it is the engine locked up?
I honestly dont know thats why i talk to yall to find out my info about my cars
Get a wrench and see if you can turn the crank pulley by the center bolt?
If i cant its locked up
Yes it should turn freely. if you ran without oil it's probably locked up.
And if its locked up theres really no way to fix it except getting another engine
Your best that would be to find a good used engine.
Ok thanxs and do u have a diagram of where the crank pulley is on my engine its a 4 cylinder ecotech supercharged 2.0
It's the bottom pulley with a big bolt going through it.
Ok ill find it thanks
