Started car up this evening at work. it seemed like it was running roughly. As soon as I execrated the CEL light begins flashing and stops when I used turn signal or stop at light. Execrating again causes the light to flash again. Had to drive it home and will have to drive to dealership in a.m.

Always get oil changed on regular basis (every 3K) oil change recently and service tech said next time oil was changed needed to change air filter. Can this be causing the weird running?
