2005 Chevrolet Cobalt Engine Stalled

While driving, rattling noise started coming out of engine area then white smoke. Pulled to the side then car stalled. Tried restarting. Engine turns but would not fire up. Has a P0301 error code.
Battery good, has fuel, no leaks, has engine oil.

It sounds like you have a blown head gasket, this will cause the cylinder to fill with coolant not allowing the engine to crank over, plug out all spark plugs to inspect and please get back to me :-)
