My Car Started Acting Up Friday, Low Reving and stalling out at stops. I Clean The Throttle Valve But After Putting everything back together the car wouldn't start just rapid clicks. I tried boosting it quick it almost turned over , next day tried boosting it again but for about 10minuts and again no luck. ( I did notice the jumper cables were very rusty though) So now I'm wondering what the problem could be ? Is my engine seized ?
