How to turn on the radio/stereo system after replacing the Battery ?

Hi,

After I had replaced my car battery with another one, the radio/stereo system does not work any more (no lights, monitor, sounds ... the radio/stereo system just completely went off ?

A lot of GM radios are designed to force you to go back to the dealer after disconnecting the battery but if yours has no display you can't even enter a code. That sounds more like a fuse is blown. That can happen from a current surge when the new battery is connected. Simply replacing any blown fuses will solve the dead radio problem.
