Heat works fine, but only when the van is moving. If it's sitting still or in park, it only blows cold. Seems like it's made to do that somehow, because the heater itself seems to have no problems. But I can't let it run to heat up or to defrost the windshield because if it's sitting still, it will never blow hot. What can be done about that?
