2005 Buick Rendezvous loud when driving

When I drive it is loud when you are about at 25 mpr and 45 mpr. Almost vibrates my eardrums. It isn't loud any other time. New muffler on it. Any suggestions on the reason.

Have a local guy check this out mayb be something like bad axle shaft for vibration
