2005 Buick Lesabre Repair Question

The interior cabine and map lights will not function. i've checked the fuses and all are good. what else could be the issue?
Interior cabin lights and map lights do not function. I've checked the fuses and all checked okay. Could it be the fuse relay?

did you at least test 1 of the lights for hot and ground?
