The fuel pump on this vehicle is located under the back seat. We need to access that in order to replace it.

Here is a guide that will help with good info that is not included in the manual:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-replace-an-electric-fuel-pump

Before you replace it, this may be a good idea to test the pressure just to make sure it has failed.

Below you will find the process from the manual that will give the detail needed to complete this. Please let us know if you have other questions on this and we can go from there.

Thanks

Hello,

The fuel pump is located inside the fuel tank. Raining should not affect the fuel pump.
Does the engine crank and not start up?
Can you hear the fuel pump come on?

First you need to verify that the fuel pump is indeed faulty.
Because the fuel pump can stop working for having a faulty relay. The relay is located under the hood fuse box.

You will also need to test the fuel pressure and make sure you are getting fuel to the injectors.

I have attached the fuel pump testing and replacement procedures for your reference.

Please let me know of any questions.

Thank you.
