2004 Vauxhall Vectra Repair Question

Vauxhall Vectra Engine Problem
I have had some problems with my car . It had a fault that said i needed the swirl flaps replaced , so it had a new inlet manifold. It also had a new fuel switch.
I have got my car back today and when it gets to 4000rpmin 3rd gear it has no more power ? also the engine management light flickers on and off.

we have no info for that car. but get scanned for codes and check fuelpressure. The tech may have to freeze frame while running to see what theproblem is.
