White with pink around the edges

My 2004 toyota van has a leak. When it is dry it is white with pink around the edges. Any idea what this could be? Just wondered if you had any thoughts on what this could be?

Is leak on ground? What area of vehicle is leak under/on?

Check cooling system for leaks, sounds like it may be a coolant problem.
