Toyota Revo idling would be lower from time to time

My 2004 Revo has accurate timing and when engine has been running the rpm is at 900 to 1000, but would sometimes go down to 700 to 800 most specially when just started. This was not a case, eversince I had the car. Where should the problem be coming from?

Do you have a check engine light and when was the last tune-up?

Might want to clean out the idle air control valve and clean the MAF sensor with an electronic cleaner CRC and see what happens-
