2004 Toyota Prado electrical problem

Hello. Kindly advise about, battery, ABS and break indicators are light ON in the panel.
Also speedmeter KHM and consumption sensor are OFF and not working.
Please reply as soon as posible Thanks in advance

Check for blown fuses and have the charging system tested.

I would like to inform you that this problem happens from time to time. Please advise if we can replace the denamo charger battery or repair it.
