I am not exactly sure what you mean. Do you mean if Paypal had som escrow functionality, would you be more inclined to donate?

We do allow donations via Paypal. When you ask a question, select "Question with a Donation", enter the amount you want to donate and click "Submit Question". It should take you to a page with payment options. One of them being Paypal. Click the "Pay via Paypal" button and it will take you to the Paypal website.

We have an excellent refund policy if you are not happy with your answer. To this date we have honored 100% of all refunds requested.
