Hello,

In order to properly diagnose what the issue might be, we will need little more information.
A clogged EGR valve can impact the way the vehicle drives as it will restrict air flow.

Your vehicle does not have a distributor.

What are you experiencing?
Does it run rough?
Is your check engine light illuminated? Many times, with engine hesitation/rough idle the check engine light gets triggered. ERV valve issues can also turn on the check engine light.

The EGR valve and tube can be cleaned. Here is a helpful video of how to test the EGR valve:

Also keep in mind that many times doing simple tune up can improve drivability.
Check the spark plugs for excess carbon build up and make sure they are gapped properly. They should be gapped at 0.051 in.

The engine can also have hesitation due to having clogged air filter or dirty throttle body or mass air flow sensor.

Please let me know of any questions.
Thank you.
