How do I get a rusted flange gasket off?
I have a 2004 Subaru Legacy sedan and am currently replacing the catalytic converter assembly. Everything is going well, except I cannot get the rusted flange gasket out on the resonator pipe. Any suggestions on how to get this gasket out?

pb blaster, let it soak in and use a sharp chiesel and a hammer.
