Saturn Ion Rust Problem
I went to have my oil changed when theywere finished they told us we would need all new rotors and brake pads. He told her that they were rusted bad when i looked at them the part that the pad catch on was smooth but the top part which most cars i notice are rusted on was rusted but not the flat part just the edge do i really need new rotors or is he tryin to get over on us?

Without seeing the rotors measuring them etc its really hard to give you a answer on that one.
