My car will not start when its cold outside. Thought it might of been the battery and I tried jumping it off.I turn the key and it just clicks it doesnt try to turn over. What else could it be?

When it doesn't start is the security light on solid or flashing?If so then you probably have a bad ignition switch. Pretty common for that car especially when outside temp is 40 degrees or colder.
