Problems with the starter and engine

I took my car for engine wash and since then I have been experiencing problems with the starter and engine problems. Could you please advise on what?

That's not a surprise. You CANNOT wash engines on today's vehicles. The engine compartment is just loaded with electrical modules, relays and many other things that cannot get wet. You will have to allow the wiring to dry by removing wiring connectors.
