2004 Pontiac Vibe Gas tank will not accept fuel
Engine Performance problem
2004 Pontiac Vibe 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 15000 miles
Each time I try to refuel, the fuel tank will only take about a pint of gas before it causes the gas nozzle to shut off. I then must wait 1-3 seconds before I can once again pump another pint.
Any suggestions on how to cure this problem?

disconnect vapor line from tank and make sure the fill tube isnt kinked or anything. if when vapor line is disconnected then the vapor line may be resistricted. evap vent valve may be plugged or the charcoal canister may be restricted.
if that doesnt help it flow better the vent valve on tank is faulty
