Clutch problem

I had replace the flywheel, clutch disc, and pressure plate, and slave cylinder and all bearings, and bleeded the lines for the clutch, its hydrolic clutch, for a 2004 pontiac gto 5.7, 6 speed tranny, i got everything properly put in, and gave it a go, and it wont go in to gear with the car on, it will go into gear with it off, and its started to leak fluid from the throwout bearing valve witch we had tighten after bleeding the line, i was wondering if i had missed a step or the throwout bearing and slave cylinder went bad.
