I have to replace it, but I lived in south america, and in this country It's hard to find it, and I want to know what another coil from another nissan I can get it to installed in that car. Thank you very much for your time. I hope you can help me with that.

I have no cross reference and we only recommend direct fit parts. Have you checked online to see if there is a way to have a new one shipped to you?

Thanks a lot body, I instaled to the TB48DE engine another colis: the 22448-8H315, of course it is not exatly the same but it works perfect in that Patrol
