I couldn't find where the computer control relay located? How can I tell if it is good or bad? Would it be the computer problem too? When I take the battery fuse out the dash board light came on. When I put the battery fuse back on it makes the ticking noise.

This noise is most likely going to be a relay clicking so the way to find this is to install a battery charger to the vehicle, so you don't drain your battery while trying to find it, then touch each relay until you find the one that is clicking.

Once you locate it here is a guide that will help with testing it just to ensure it is a relay issue:

I am attaching the info below from the manual that will help with testing the relays as well and the location of each of the relay boxes.

Please run through this and let us know what you find. However, if the relay that is clicking is not the issue, then the most likely cause after the relay itself is a ground issue. So, we can get into that once we check the relay.
