Changing Transmission Fluid, CVT Transmission
My next question is from my father. The car, a 2004 Mini Cooper (non-S). He wants to change out the transmission fluid.
Most sites recommend pulling off the front driver side wheel, and pulling off the upper and lower plug. Now from everything else I have heard, the CVT is supposedly a sealed system with lifetime use of the sealed transmission.
Any help detailing the whole process/recommended fluid would be helpful.
Thanks again!
