2004 Mercedes Benz E500 Repair Question

2004 E500 benz navigation issues
When I start my E500 Benz the navigation works fine. However, when I put it in gear and start moving, the navigation map disappears and goes blank. Any suggestions?

I can find nothing in my data base to even begin to try and diagnose this one, i feel it will be a dealer call first.
