Mercedes Benz 220cdi Engine Problem
Hi
I replaced the EIS,ESL and the ignition ECU box with the same part number as mine, but mine is a 6 speed manual and the replacment one is from a automatic car its the same model as mine, apart from the transmission.
it recognises the remote key allows ignition to come on but nothing happens when you try to start the engine.
I have been told its besause the replacement parts came from an automatic car,and dont think you can get it reprogramed to work on my car.
