2004 Lexus GX 470 Repair Question

Transmission wont engaged
2004 lexus GX70 install new battery engine starts but power windows, steering, seats, sunroof not working. Brakes, abs VSC light stays on, transmission shift light not on transmission wont engage and brakes light not working. I checked all the fuses under the hood and inside the vehicle.I replaced three bad fuses. The engine is runing great and I only have 39000 miles on the vehicle.

Just put in new BATT? reason old one dead? no problems before change? any chance BATT was hooked up backwards for an instant?
