I READ YOUR POST DATED MAR 19, 2010. I CANNOT FIND ON YOUR WEBSITE THE INFO REGARDING, DISABLING & ACTIVATING AIR BAG SYSTEM. MY STEERING WHEEL IS NOT LIKE WHAT IS SHOWN IN THE DIAGRAM, MINE HAS TWO T-27 SCREWS EACH SIDE OF STEERING WHEEL, WHICH I THINK PROVIDE THE REMOVAL OF THE AIRBAG. PLEASE ADVISE, BECAUSE THE STEERING WHEEL IS ABOUT TO COME OFF AND IT'S MY BRIDES RIDE! THANKS PROS!

RESPECTFULLY, BILL

HiBefore removal of airbag to gain acess to wheel nut to see ig it is tight turn IGN to LOCK then remove NEG BATT terminal WAIT one min. Then remove bag. Problem most likely in Tilt mechanism if so will need special tools. May consider taking to a skilled Tech.

When air bag removed you will have direct acess to shaft nut will need to remove wire connection to air bag. Torque shaft nut to 80 ft. Lbs. Not sure what that is in neutons
