When I drive the car the brake close up stopping the car. They say the booster is bad

Im having brakes problems. I put new calipers, brake master cylinder, brake hose, booster vacuum hose. Then I bleed the brakes. But now my brake pedal is hard to push down. Usually when I started my car the brake pedal goes to the floor. But now it will not go down. When I drive the car the brake close up stopping the car. They say the booster is bad. Help please.

This does sound like a booster issue so below are the complete instructions from the manual.
