What causes a loud noise when driving starting around 35 mph
Has new tires. I have had the bearings replaced in the past

Where is this loud noise coming from when you hit 35mph? We need your eyes/ears here to help you out-

I think from the front maybe the right side. It is a loud sort of whine.

Thinking and maybe don't tell me nothing-how about at stationary does it make the noise and higher when rpm is increased
