what is the correct torque specs on both camshaft sprockets and also the timing chain tensenor bolts?

Tensioner 18 ft.lbs
Intake cam sprocket first pass 15 ft.lbs second 100 deg
Exhaust " " " " 18 " " " 135 "
Will need a angle torque guage
