Replacing rear wheel bearing.

I have a 2004 Hyundai Tiburon GT. When driving down the road, I can hear a humming noise coming from the rear passenger side of the car, similar to the sound mud tires on a truck make when driving down the highway. The noise increases at higher speeds. The sound was there prior to putting the new tires on, and the brakes are also new. I am thinking it's the wheel bearing. (Let me know if you don't think that's the case.) I've never messed with wheel bearings before so I am kind of in the dark. From what I have read, the wheel bearing comes in a complete hub assembly correct? How would I change it out? Thank you in advance.

I'm thinking that if I remove the caliper and rotor, I should be able to pull the hub assembly right off. I just don't want to mess up and make sure I don't miss any important steps.
