Starting trouble

Long cranking to start my sonata 2005 model.Recently I changed fuel pump, filter, spark plug, cleaned fuel injector. After a long run, if I stopped my engine , I can start it again with out any problem. If I stopped my engine for long time, then I am getting the same starting trouble.

Check the fuel pressure if its within specs-few pressure could be leaking thru the injectors/fuel pressure regulator creating the hard starts
