ac blower not working. all the electric connections, fuses checked, all are ok. then what is the problem?

blower resistor may be open or the blower motor may have failed.

needs to be checked with a voltmeter for continuity for both pieces.

replace the blower motor and check.

You don't replace then check. You need to confirm if the motor is bad before replacing.
