After fuel fill up often is hard to start?

After fuel fill up often is hard to start and then tends to stall once or more times. Has also happened after a brief engine turnoff, say 5 mins.

This is common when the EVAP system purge valve sticks open and draws fuel in, here is the location so you can check it out. Remove the valve and if you can blow through it the valve needs to be replaced. It is right behind the intake manifold. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
